Science Tokyo Supporters Membership Program (recurring gifts）
The Science Tokyo Supporters Membership Program requests donors to contribute a certain amount (JPY 12,000 or more) each year on an ongoing basis to support the Institute's education, research, public outreach and international exchange activities. As with single donations, you may specify how you want your donation to be used.
The Science Tokyo Supporters Membership Program provides continuous and stable support, serving as a valuable resource that is effectively utilized for various projects.

As a token of our appreciation, the Science Tokyo Fund annually presents an "Original Desk Calendar with Your Name" to those who donate a certain amount during the campaign period. Donations made by Thursday, July 31st of this month are eligible for the 2026 edition calendar. We sincerely invite your support! New/Continuous Donations (Supporters' Membership) ・Donation Amount: 1,000 yen or more per month ・How to Apply: Please complete the procedure via "Become a Supporter." One-Time Donations ・Donation Amount: 50,000 yen or more ・How to Apply: Please complete the procedure using the Donation Form. Regular membership
Individuals
Individual donors who regularly contribute JPY 12,000 or more per year
- Monthly (at least JPY 1,000)
- Biannually (at least JPY 6,000 per donation)
- Annually (at least JPY 12,000)
Institutions
Corporate and organizational donors that regularly contribute JPY 100,000 or more per year
Membership benefits (individual and institutional members)
1. Delivery of Fund Activity Reports and other materials
2. Dispatch of Supporters' Email Newsletter
3. Original desk calendar for individual members upon request

Number of Calendars You Can Apply For:
One calendar will be presented to those whose total annual donation amounts to 12,000 yen or more. For those whose total annual donation is 20,000 yen or more, you can apply for your desired number of calendars, up to a maximum of 5, with one calendar for every 10,000 yen donated.
(Example: For a total annual donation of 20,000 yen, you can apply for up to 2 calendars; for 60,000 yen, up to 5 calendars.) -
Calendar Specifications:
Size: Approx. 18cm (W) x 10.5cm (H)
Your desired name can be included in the photo for each month (you can specify the name on the calendar). -
Calendar Delivery:
Calendars are scheduled to be dispatched from Science Tokyo via EMS. Please note that Science Tokyo Fund cannot be held responsible for any issues or troubles that may occur during postal delivery. -
Calendar Delivery Period:
Scheduled to be shipped around early October every year.
Special membership
Individuals
Individual donors who regularly contribute JPY 100,000 or more per year
Institutions
Corporate and organizational donors that regularly contribute JPY 500,000 or more per year
Individual member services
In addition to regular membership services, special membership holders also receive:
- Invitations to parties with the president and CEO of Science Tokyo
- Invitations to the Homecoming Day event
- Invitation to concerts
Honors system
Individuals and organizations that make contributions of JPY 300,000 or more and companies and organizations that make contributions of JPY 1 million or more will receive:
A certificate of appreciation (first-time, one-time donors)
We are pleased to present you with a certificate of appreciation from the president and CEO of Science Tokyo
Installation of commemorative plaques engraved with donor names
A commemorative plaque will be installed in university facilities in accordance with the cumulative amount of donations.

*Please note that any donations made to the former Tokyo Medical and Dental University Fund and the former Tokyo Institute of Technology Fund do not count toward the cumulative amount.
Payment methods
Individual donors are asked to pay by credit card. Please do this via our donation application form by selecting Recurring Donation, Biannual Donation, or Annual Donation on the Donation Application Input Screen.
You can change or cancel your membership at any time.
Corporate and organizational donors are requested to pay by bank transfer.
