Global Education Program(Degree Program)
These programs are targets international students seeking a master's degree or a doctorate. Courses offered through these programs are taught entirely in English.

International Graduate Program
With a varied group of academic departments participating in IGP admissions, students should be able to find a department in which to further their research in a field that best matches their interests and background.
Joint Graduate Program with Tsinghua University
This program is the first double degree program at the graduate level in Japan, which was launched in September 2004, allowing students to earn degrees from both Science Tokyo and Tsinghua University.
Global Scientists and Engineers Program
GSEP is a transdisciplinary program where undergraduates can acquire a solid knowledge base and develop a transdisciplinary approach to problem-solving that will help them tackle some of the most pressing or complex global problems.
Medical and Dental sciences
Master of Public Health in Global Health (MPH) course
This program aims to develop leaders who can deeply understand the world's health issues at the local and global levels, utilize diverse academic knowledge to formulate effective solutions and prevention strategies, and shape a healthier world.
The Joint Degree Program has been established to promote the development of global-minded medical professionals and strengthen the international competitiveness of research in cooperation with overseas universities with which we have a long history of exchange.
Intercalated Bachelor of Science programme (iBSc)
In 2024, Institute of Science Tokyo and Seika University became the first universities in Asia to participate in the iBSc, a degree programme offered in principle to UK students by Imperial College London, one of the most prestigious universities in the world. This programme enables students to study ‘Science’ intensively over a period of nine months at the campus in the heart of London and aim for a degree (Bachelor of Science) from one of the world's top universities.

Science and Engineering
The Global Education Option (GEO) is an elective curriculum designed to enhance global competencies through the synergy with entrepreneurship education. GEO offers courses for studying abroad and foreign language communication.
Medical and Dental Sciences
To cultivate individuals who will tackle complex global health issues and contribute to improving the level of health worldwide, Science Tokyo offers a global leadership program (HSLP), preparatory courses for study abroad, and a variety of exchange programs.
International Faculty Development Course (IFDC) is to keep professionals updated with the latest clinical techniques, research and education findings. We provide training in the form of lectures, hands-on practical sessions and "live" observation of surgical procedures. This training is delivered in the form of short courses by faculty staff with advanced clinical training, who actively publish in international dental journals and present at international conferences.
Education in Collaboration with Global Locations
Science Tokyo has ANNEXes, Overseas Offices and International Collaboration Centers around the world and promotes Science Tokyo's global education. Science Tokyo also offers various student exchange programs in collaboration with overseas universities.
