Science Tokyo has published the “Environmental Report 2026.”
This report summarizes Science Tokyo’s environmental research, environmental education, conservation efforts, and social contribution initiatives aimed at achieving carbon neutrality and building a sustainable society. It is edited to be easily understandable for middle and high school students, who are the report’s primary target audience.
Under Japan’s Environmental Consideration Law of 2004, national university corporations and businesses are required to prepare and publish an annual environmental report. Science Tokyo, through its predecessor universities, has been issuing this report annually since fiscal year 2006.
An English digest version featuring key excerpts from the report will be released at a later date.
