The Student Support Centre at Okayama hosts art seminars featuring artist and poet Zuse Meyer twice a year, in spring and autumn.
This spring's workshop will take place at Yokohama campus.
The topic is " THE POWER OF COLOR/Vassily Kandinsky"
The internationally acclaimed and highly influential Russianborn
artist VASSILY KANDINSKY (1866-1944) was one of the
most innovative and creative European artists. His new vision
of form and color changed the art of the 20th century. What
was the secret of his powerful use of color? Inspired through
Vassily Kandinsky’s biography and examples of his art, the
students will learn how to express themselves through colors
in drawing and painting. The purpose of this workshop is to
gain new knowledge and inspiration through the arts, and to
find one’s own individual ways of expression.
If you are unable to attend after registering
