President of Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology, Egypt, visits Science Tokyo
On October 9, a delegation led by Prof. Ahmed Moneeb Elsabbagh, President of Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), and Prof. Kenji Yokoyama, First Vice president for Regional and International Affairs office at E-JUST, visited Science Tokyo.
The delegation was welcomed by President and Chief Executive Officer Naoto Ohtake, Executive Vice President for Education Hidetoshi Sekiguchi, Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Jun-ichi Takada, Vice President for International Engagement and Education Nobuhiro Hayashi.
During the visit, the two institutions introduced their respective initiatives, exchanged information on current international collaboration activities, and engaged in active discussions on potential future collaboration.
Following the discussion with executives of Science Tokyo, the delegation exchanged views with E-JUST students who were currently studying at Science Tokyo. The students shared their experiences of studying and living in Japan.
The delegation also visited the student's research laboratory.
