To Science Tokyo doctoral students,

The Tokyo Tech Alumni Association* will hold the “Kuramae Employment Information Exchange Meeting for Doctoral Students (Dr’s K-meet)” in a face-to-face on Oct. 14 (Wed) & 15 (Thu) at the Science Tokyo Front (Ookayama Campus). This event will mark its ninth year and will be the largest career fair in Japan for doctoral talent (78 participating companies), so we encourage you to participate. This event is open not only to doctoral students (PhD course students) but also to postdoctoral fellows and master's students who plan to enter a doctoral program. In addition, this event offers two tools** to help students find the best match with participating companies.

1. Student Contact System:

When registering for Dr’s K-meet, you will be asked if you would like to be contacted by companies. If you agree, please complete all the required fields as much as possible, including optional ones, to effectively present your strengths. This information will be shared with companies anonymously, without revealing your name. If a company wishes to contact you, we will inform you of the company’s name by the day before the event. You can visit their booth at the Dr’s K-meet venue. If you are not interested, further action is not required.

2. Company Contact System:

This system allows students to contact company representatives directly by sending contact information to the company's recruiting office at the student’s request, with the Tokyo Tech Alumni Association acting as an intermediary. To use this system, please access the URL for SUPPORT TOOL 04, which includes the list of applicable company’s name and the registration procedure. This system is year-round, regardless of event participation, and will remain available after the event:

※This system serves solely as a means of connecting students with companies. It does not imply that the Tokyo Tech Alumni Association or Science Tokyo recommends any particular student to any specific company.

※Advance registration is required to participate in this event.
　Students who wish to use the Student Contact System must complete registration no later than Friday, October 2.
　After this date, you may still attend the event, but the system will no longer be available.
