[Graduate Students in the Science and Engineering Fields] Changes to the Application Schedule Following the Suspension of the Enrollment Fee & Tuition Exemption Application System

The Enrollment Fee & Tuition Exemption Application System has been suspended since 23:59 on October 23 due to security measures addressing a PHP vulnerability.
Although privately funded international students are only required to submit original documents during STEP 2 and are not required to complete an application through the system, the submission period for original documents has been revised as follows in response to the system suspension.

Before the change: October 21 - October 30
After the change:    October 21 - November 5
(For submissions by mail, documents postmarked on or before November 5 will be accepted.)
