On January 14, His Excellency Mr. Walter Cohen Uribe, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Panama to Japan (in the middle), visited Institute of Science Tokyo and met with Executive Vice President for Global Affairs, Tomohiro Morio (2nd from the left) and Executive Vice President for Global Affairs, Jun-ichi Takada (2nd from the right). They discussed the current state of higher education in both countries.
