Introduction

This Empower You Program Workshop is a dynamic and transformative workshop series designed to foster self-discovery and personal growth among university students. Launched in the spring of 2025, this program combines reflective activities with skill-building exercises in an interactive workshop format.

Through these activities, participants aim to deepen their self-understanding, develop the ability to recognize and manage their emotions, and enhance their interpersonal communication skills, as follows:

1. Deeper Self-Awareness: Participants engage in activities that help them explore their personal values, strengths, and weaknesses, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique characteristics.

2. Emotional Intelligence: The program emphasizes the development of emotional intelligence, including the ability to recognize and manage one's own emotions and interact empathetically with others. These abilities contribute to building positive relationships and achieving success in professional settings.

3. Enhanced Interpersonal Communication: Through practical exercises in verbal communication, body language, and other nonverbal cues, participants learn how to communicate more effectively and persuasively in a variety of contexts.
