Outline

When considering our future careers, we often focus on practical factors such as the nature of the work, compensation, and location. However, few people seem to have a deep understanding of their own values, including what matters most to them and what kind of environment would allow them to work in a way that feels true to themselves.

This workshop aims to help participants make future career choices with greater confidence by exploring their personal values through dialogue with others. We hope it will provide an opportunity for participants to reflect on their own values and aspirations and think more proactively about their future careers.
