President of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand visits Science Tokyo
On April 8, a delegation led by Prof. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University in Thailand, visited Science Tokyo. The delegation was welcomed by President and Chief Executive Officer Naoto Ohtake, President and Chief Academic Officer Yujiro Tanaka, Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Tomohiro Morio, Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Jun-ichi Takada, Vice President for International Engagement and Education Nobuhiro Hayashi, Vice President for Internationalization and International Engagement Patrick Foss, Vice President for Environmental Health and Safety (Yushima) Hirokazu Tamamura, and four other representatives.
During the meeting, the two universities introduced their recent initiatives and engaged in an active exchange of views on potential future collaboration.
Science Tokyo and Chulalongkorn University first signed an Institutional-Level Agreement in 1985. As part of this visit, a signing ceremony was held to renew the agreement, reaffirming the commitment of both universities to further strengthening their long-standing partnership.
