Bachelor’s program ceremony – 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon

*End time is approximate.
*The doors to the main and supporting venues will open at 10:15 a.m. for the bachelor’s program ceremony.
*Entry to the Sports Center will be restricted after 10:50 a.m. Be sure to arrive with time to spare.

Master’s and doctoral program ceremony – 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*End time is approximate.
*The doors to the main and supporting venues will open at 1:15 p.m. for the master’s and doctoral program ceremony.
*Entry to the Sports Center will be restricted after 1:50 p.m. Be sure to arrive with time to spare.

Notes

1. One joint ceremony will be held for students in the science/engineering and medical/dental sciences fields.
2. Family members and guardians may watch a live Zoom broadcast of the ceremonies on screens at the 70th Anniversary Auditorium, the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall in West Building 9, or Kuramae Hall at Science Tokyo Front on Ookayama Campus.
3. The event will be streamed online via Zoom, so viewers can also watch the ceremonies at home.
4. The campus will be closed to vehicles.
5. Storage for coats and luggage will not be provided, so please avoid bringing any large or non-essential items.
