Science Tokyo Meeting and Evening Reception【Homecoming Day 2026 in Ookayama】
The Science Tokyo Meeting and evening reception will once again be held as the main events for this year’s Homecoming Day 2026 in Ookayama!

Science Tokyo Meeting
Professor Koji Murofushi, Vice President for Sports Science and Head of the Preparatory Office for the Global Sports Science Center (tentative name) will give a keynote speech, followed by a presentation on Science Tokyo’s Visionary Initiatives（VI） by Science Tokyo faculty members.
Original Science Tokyo commemorative goods will be given to all attendees at the main venue.

Session 1: Keynote speech
Speaker: Professor Koji Murofushi, Vice President for Sports Science and Head of the Preparatory Office for the Global Sports Science Center (tentative name)
Session 2: Visionary Initiatives (VIs)
Faculty members will provide detailed explanations of the 「Visionary Initiatives（VI）」 introduced by Science Tokyo in April 2025, which are transforming the Institute’s entire research framework in pursuit of a brighter future.
Evening Reception
Food and beverages will be provided. We hope you will enjoy the opportunity to meet and chat with old friends and guests connected with Science Tokyo.

JPY 2,000 (free for Science Tokyo students)
Please pay in cash at the general reception desk (from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.).
Registration is unavailable between 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.
After 4:45 p.m., registration is available at Tsubame Terrace.
You will receive an attendance certificate and a receipt.
Current students will be asked to show their student ID cards. -
