Associate Provost for Global Affairs of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U. S. A., visits Science Tokyo
On June 9, Ms. Heather Ward, Associate Provost for Global Affairs at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U. S. A., visited Science Tokyo, and was welcomed by Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Tomohiro Morio, Vice president for Faculty Harassment Response, Biomedical Engineering, Integrated Research Junji Hirota, Vice President for International Engagement and Education Nobuhiro Hayashi, and Prof. Mina Okochi of the School of Materials and Chemical Technology.
During the visit, the two universities introduced their respective initiatives, exchanged information on current international collaboration activities, and engaged in active discussions on future academic exchange and research collaboration opportunities.
