The 12th Global Leadership Cafe Series Lecture and Q&A : “Are you a Passenger or a Driver? -How to Lead a Successful Entrepreneurship Journey-”

The Academy for Leadership (ToTAL) is pleased to welcome Mr. Michael Sera to campus to deliver a lecture titled “Are you a Passenger or a Driver? -How to Lead a Successful Entrepreneurship Journey-”, and answer questions from participants.

Mr. Sera will give a talk in English on the meaning and importance of living with an entrepreneurial mindset/spirit, how to acquire entrepreneurial skills and how to put them into practice in society. The lecture will be conducted in English, and questions may be asked in Japanese.

Mr. Michael Sera specializes in the semiconductor engineering field and he is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business. After spending nearly 20 years involved in management and marketing at IT companies in the United States, Mr. Sera founded his own IT consulting firm in California, where he has been involved in management for many years. Alongside his primary occupation, he serves as a board member at the Japanese American Museum of San Jose and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Northern California. He is also an accomplished speaker and moderator internationally active in the United States and Japan.
