Time:
Bachelor's degree ceremony – 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon*
Master's and doctoral degree ceremony – 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.*
*End times are approximate.

Sports Center, Ookayama Campus

Notes for science and engineering students:
1. Family members and guardians may watch a live broadcast of the ceremonies on screens at the 70th Anniversary Auditorium, the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall in West Building 9, or Kuramae Hall at Science Tokyo Front.
2. The event will be streamed online, so viewers can also watch the ceremony at home. Click the link button below to join the Zoom webinar.
3. The campus will be closed to vehicles.
4. Storage for coats and luggage will not be provided, so please avoid bringing any large or non-essential items.
5. Doors will open at 9:45 a.m. for bachelor’s degree students. Entry will be restricted after 10:20 a.m. Be sure to arrive at the Sports Center with time to spare.
6. Doors will open at 1:15 p.m. for master’s and doctoral degree students. Entry will be restricted after 1:50 p.m. Be sure to arrive at the Sports Center with time to spare.

Yushima Campus

Time:
Bachelor's degree ceremony – 10:30 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.*
Master's and doctoral degree ceremony – 2:00 p.m. to 2:40 p.m.*

Akio Suzuki Memorial Hall, 2nd floor, M&D Tower, Yushima Campus

Notes for medical and dental sciences students:
1. Part of the program will feature a live broadcast of the concurrent ceremony at Ookayama Campus, along with a pre-recorded video.

5. Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. for bachelor's degree students. Due to limited seating at the venue, family members and guardians may watch a live broadcast of the ceremony in a lecture room adjacent to the Hall.
6. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. for master's and doctoral degree students. Due to limited seating at the venue, only one family member or guardian will be allowed to enter. Other family members and guardians may watch a live broadcast of the ceremony in a lecture room adjacent to the Hall.
