Building on these conversations, Nakadai guided the group on a tour of his AI Robotics Laboratory in the Department of Systems and Control Engineering. Together with two students, he showcased their research on robot audition and computational auditory scene analysis through engaging demonstrations. This spurred a lively exchange of ideas, with the Malaysian delegation expressing a strong interest in fostering student and researcher collaborations in AI robotics.
