Eligibility

Science Tokyo students (undergraduate and graduate students)
*This workshop can be taken as a part of an Entrepreneurship Course.
Students are also welcome to participate in this workshop as a one-time attendee.

Outline

This course is an orientation to leadership fundamentals covering team building, self-awareness, idea generation, consensus building, and communication. Participants will explore their own leadership styles through discussions with people of various ages and fields. Past participants will join as TAs, supporting those new to group work and ensuring an engaging learning environment.

4. Practicing Consensus Building
5. Communicating Ideas

This workshop is recommended for:
– Those new to leadership studies
– Those who want to explore their strengths and values through dialogue and group work
– Those interested in connecting with senior students and peers from diverse fields
