Notes

1. One joint ceremony will be held for students in the bachelor's, master's, professional, and doctoral programs in the science/engineering and medical/dental sciences fields.
2. Students participating are requested to arrive by 10:15 a.m.
3. Doors will open at 9:45 a.m.
4. Doors will close at 10:20 a.m., after which entry will be restricted. Be sure to arrive with plenty of time to enter.
5. The ceremony will be conducted in English.
6. Family members can view a live broadcast of the ceremony on screens located in the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall (West Bldg. 9) on Ookayama Campus.
7. Entry to the Multi-Purpose Digital Hall (West Bldg. 9) will begin at 9:45 AM.
8. The ceremony will be streamed on YouTube, allowing others to watch it from home.
9. Unauthorized vehicles are not permitted on campus.
