The Delegation of the European Union to Japan visits Science Tokyo
On June 29, a delegation led by Mr. Gijs Berends, First Counsellor, Head of Science, Innovation, Digital, and Other EU Policies Section, the Delegation of the European Union to Japan, visited Science Tokyo. The delegation was welcomed by President and Chief Executive Officer Naoto Ohtake, Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Tomohiro Morio, Executive Vice President for Global Affairs Jun-ichi Takada, Vice President for International Strategy and Engagement Junko Morikawa and two other faculty members.
During the meeting, the delegation introduced Horizon Europe, and the participants engaged in an active exchange of views on the current status of utilizing Horizon Europe in academic and research collaboration between Japan and Europe.
