Center for Career and Talent Development

The Center for Career and Talent Development (CCTD) was established in May 2025 to ensure the unified and effective implementation of human resource development activities for all Science Tokyo staff.

Serving as a hub for human resource development support projects for all staff (researchers, specialists, and administrative staff), we coordinate exchanges with other institutions.

We organize training information for staff in an easy-to-understand format to improve access to training. We also provide training unique to the organization.

We organize information on career development, establish a consultation system, and support each staff member in developing the career they desire.

We establish a cross-functional transfer system to enhance mutual understanding and collaboration between job types, increase career mobility, and promote optimal personnel allocation.
